Product Description

The flow quantitative control instrument is a new type of flow measurement and control meter developed by adopting advanced single-chip microcomputer technology. It features small size, light weight, simple operation, clear and intuitive display reading, and high reliability. When combined with flow sensors such as turbine and vortex that output pulses and solenoid valves, it forms a flow control system, which is suitable for flow quantitative control in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, medicine and food.

The working principle of the flow quantitative control instrument is based on the calculation formula of the flow sensor with pulse output: Q = N/K (where Q is the cumulative flow, in liters; N is the number of flow signal pulses, in times; K is the instrument constant, in times/liter). The instrument constant is set in the control instrument. The control instrument automatically calculates the corresponding pulse number according to the set value. When the flow quantitative control instrument starts, it changes the state of the built-in relay, causing the control valve to open. The control instrument counts the signal from the flow sensor. When the set quantity is reached, the relay returns to its original state, and the control valve closes, thereby achieving quantitative control of the flow in the pipeline.

In addition, the flow quantitative control instrument features a user-friendly interface, making it easy and convenient to modify the set values and perform control operations. It is equipped with a large-capacity contact relay and a power-off protection device, ensuring high reliability and a long service life. In practical applications, the flow quantitative control instrument can be connected to various flow sensor signals, such as vortex flowmeters and turbine flowmeters. When the accumulated flow value reaches the set value for quantitative control, it outputs a switch signal to start or stop pumps, solenoid valves, or frequency converters, etc., thereby meeting the requirements of high-precision, high-reliability, and cost-effective batch flow control.
